C Srivatava Ji Has Forward integrated The Business Line Of Varuna chemicals and ventured into manufacturing of Green, Eco friendly Aqueous inks for Print Packaging.
The company is built on a foundation of technocrats who have experience of four decades in the manufacture of Synthetic Resin for Paints, Printing Inks, Wood Coating Lacquers and Adhesive Industries. Group Is Family Owned Company. Yadav Family.
We have good facilities to develop and standardize resin and varnishes to suit customer’s requirements and specifications. Our R&D Centre is recognized by Government of India, Department of Scientific & Industrial Research Ministry of Science & Technology.

We have a well developed separate research and development unit, which helps us in understanding the demands of the market. Our research and development team is engaged in the research work of our range of chemicals and additives for finding innovative techniques to enhance the quality of our products. The team also communicates with our customers, in order to identify their specific needs and then incorporate them to have the specified products. However, to meet rapidly changing needs and future technological challenged, our team is constantly developing knowledge and processes to continuously update the product base. They also attend the various seminars and research programs to make themselves aware about the latest changes in this particular field.

Our Quality
Being a quality conscious company, we have set up a quality assurance system by which we are able to take preventive measures for any problems occurred in our chemical manufacturing process. Our quality assurance system follows industrial standard in maintaining the quality of our wide variety of chemicals. Our products are backed by series of stringently controlled processes and well planned quality control test plans, which in turn ensure compliance with world class standards, technologies and performances.
Further, we check the raw materials and the finished chemicals for quality parameters. Raw materials are thoroughly tested before they are used for chemical processing. Each batch of chemical is tested on the basis of thorough analysis carried out by expert quality control entities. The in-house quality control department performs quality tests for :
